Through Europe, Asia, Africa and South America, tour groups under her guidance could count on seeing out-of-the-way places of great interest and on hearing Grethe's cute remark ... "How about that?"
 
In 1981, with her American husband Aspee Arani, born in Bombay, India, they founded H.A.T. Tours Ltd. in Copenhagen, Denmark, Grethe's native country. Between the two, they speak 11 languages and have explored 152 countries.
 
So began a new dimension in luxurious travel ... H.A.T. Tours became famous for the personal attention lavished on each member. Many of  them make lifetime friends during the journey.
 
ACCOMMODATIONS
Whether on land or on a cruise, H.A.T. Tours members stay in centrally located 5 star deluxe hotels or on the top deck of cruise ships. Grethe is there at check-in to make sure everyone in the group is satisfied with their accommodation.
 
GOURMET DINING
Dinners on H.A.T. Tours include wines. With Aspee's knowledge of wines going back to Paris, France, where he came for further studies, our tour members are introduced to some of the best local wines available. Groups dine a la carte in well-known restaurants.
 
THEATER TICKETS
Bringing groups to Europe every year since 1982 has created a reputation for H.A.T. Tour, with the box offices of European National Theaters, thereby ensuring excellent orchestra-level seats.
 
SIGHTSEEING
In every city visited, we do extensive city sightseeing with no add-on costs. Our local guides are available to give you advice and directions about museums or other activities.
 
LAND TRANSPORTATION
From the time you arrive from the U.S.A. to your departure back home, we take care of your land transportation. Air fares are not included in our Land Cost. However, we will be pleased to help you with suggestions on flight schedules.
 
SIZE OF GROUPS
In order to give the most personalized attention, quick check-in for hotel rooms, every comfort while traveling and ease of visiting sights, the groups are limited to 15 persons.
